These terms govern your use of the CallKeep website and summarise the basis on which we provide our service. They are in addition to any service agreement signed with a client.

About CallKeep

CallKeep provides an AI-powered call-answering service for trade businesses in London. The website at callkeep.co.uk is for information and to let you contact us or book a demonstration.

The service

Our service answers calls on behalf of a client, captures caller and job details, and sends those details to the client. Full terms — including plan, fees, setup, cancellation and data terms — are set out in the service agreement entered into with each client. The website does not itself form a service contract.

Pricing & cancellation (summary)

Plans and setup fees are shown on our website and confirmed in the service agreement. Plans are month-to-month and can be cancelled with notice as set out in that agreement. Any "risk-free first month" or similar offer applies as described at the time of sign-up.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

No guarantee of outcomes

The service is designed to answer and capture calls reliably, but we do not guarantee that every call results in a booked job, or uninterrupted availability, as some factors (such as third-party telephony or network outages) are outside our control.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out in the applicable service agreement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Intellectual property

The CallKeep name, website content and branding belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
